Over the past year I’ve become a big fan of the Huberman Lab podcast, and its creator / host Andrew Huberman. Andrew is a renowned neuroscientist and professor at Stanford University. In his quest is to provide, “science-based tools for everyday life”. He has outlined what he believes are five essential pillars necessary for any to live a mentally and physically healthy life.
